Invitation Letter
Dear sir/madam，
We sincerely invite you to participate in China’s Software Development and IT Outsourcing Summit 2008 and the First E-service Conference of China as our specially invited guests. This conference is guided by Ministry of Industry and Informatization of China, sponsored by the Organizing Committee of the 10th Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium and organized by the Information Industry Department of Zhejiang Province, Ningbo Municipal Government and Internet Society of China. The conference will be ceremoniously hold in Ningbo Nanyuan Hotel from the 8th to 9th of June, 2008.
The city of Ningbo is located midway on the eastern coast of China, at the southern flank of the economically-developed Yangtze Delta, neighboring with Shanghai and Hangzhou. Ningbo is one of the cities opening up to the outside world, an independently planning-city enjoying the same rights as those of a provincial government in economic management, one of China’s 15 sub-provincial cities. Ningbo was full of abundant goods from ancient times and talents assembled. The city has a long history of several thousand years and natural advantage of face-to-the-sea. There are beautiful scenery Xuedu Mount in Fenghua, Tian Yi Ge Museum full of book fragrance, sadly beautiful moving Liang shanbo and Zhu yingtai Legend, and Shaoxing opera with melodious vocal music in Ningbo. And as the starting point of maritime Silk Road, commercial culture is most vigourous part in the culture blood lineage of Ningbo. The busy Beilun Port ranks 2nd in the ports of Mainland China, and 4th worldwide. The Hangzhou Bay Bridge, the longest oversea bridge in the world, will be put into use on May 18th this year. As an improtant international port city, economic key city at the southern flank in Yangtze Delta Region, heavy chemical industry base and important advanced manufacturing industry base of East China, Ningbo is full of vigor and has clear purpose going to the world farther.
Today, following with the day by day development effect of software and information service, Ningbo is becoming the hotspot for developing software and information service industry. We sincerely invite you to present the conference and give lectures about software and information service. You are invited to investigate informatization construction of Ningbo as well and have a wonderful summer retreat in Ningbo.
